decoagent library

We have hosted the application decoagent library in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about decoagent library:

This project is an extension to Jadex Framework and aims to develop an autonomous agent which is using adaptive decision making architecture based on Thagard�s deliberative coherence.
