The program has been developed under Delphi XE5, for Windows XP, 7.
It's intended as a single workstation support to follow up customer relations. Allows short notes of customer requests. Status of request. Additional memo and email sending by default Client. Search by filtering. Issue of tickets for scheduled followup. Tag system.
