winutils

We have hosted the application winutils in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about winutils:

Added/Improved functionalities on some commands in the poor Windows shell.

Currently features:
- sleep (did not exist!)
- mcopy (to continue partial copy)
- niceio (modify hard drive access priority).

Features:

• Sleep
• Resume file copy
• Process IO priority

Audience: Advanced End Users, System Administrators.
