winget gui helper

We have hosted the application winget gui helper in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about winget gui helper:

This is a Graphical interface for Winget (and scoop, planned).
It's still pretty basic but already usable.
Require Winget 1.3 minimum.
