unit table library

We have hosted the application unit table library in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about unit table library:

Template library for dimensional analysis and unit tracking. Answers excercize 3-8 in the MPL book. This one is different than other attempts in that it does not try to do everything at compile-time. Simple instead of fancy.
