We have hosted the application srcds py to run in windows online over linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

SRCDS.py is a Python library providing access to Source and HL1 servers. It requires Python 2.3 or above and an internet connection to run. It includes support for common server queries and RCON commands, as well as open methods for uncommon ones.
