sigpack to run in linux online online with Winfy

We have hosted the application sigpack to run in linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about sigpack to run in linux online:

SigPack is a C++ signal processing library using the Armadillo library as a base. The API will be familiar for those who has used IT++ and Octave/Matlab.
