Quick description about rng file shredder:

Permanently wipe files from your computer with RNG File Shredder. This app uses random number gen cryptography to overwrite files multiple times scrambling the data beyond recovery before finally deleting the file.

Notes: Files are not recoverable. Requires .NET 3.5.
