reference management database

We have hosted the application reference management database in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about reference management database:

The reference management database is designed so that a group of people working in simular fields can share reference material. Currently the reference material is stored in a PostgreSQL Database using a php/html frontend. (Exports in BibTeX/LaTeX format)

Audience: End Users/Desktop.
User interface: Web-based.
Programming Language: Perl.
