pyqwt to run in windows online over linux online

We have hosted the application pyqwt to run in windows online over linux online in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

PyQwt is a Python wrapper for the Qwt C++ class library which extends the Qt framework
with widgets to display and control data for scientific and engineering applications.
