We have hosted the application py icq in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about py icq:

ICQ clone written entirely in Python.
Uses OSCAR AIM protocol instead of native ICQ protocol,
as well as icq2000b does.
Many GUI frontends supported, but native one is Tkinter-based.

Audience: End Users/Desktop.
