We have hosted the application protrac in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about protrac:

proTRAC detects genomic piRNA clusters. It considers all the relevant features of mapped sequence reads like
the amount of 1U/10A, size and strand bias to ensure a high specificity.
