We have hosted the application prospect interface in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about prospect interface:

Bio: : Prospect: : is a Perl API to the
PROSPECT threading application. The modules provide for program
execution, results parsing, multiple sequence alignments inferred from
pairwise sequence-structure alignments, and rudimentary homology models.
