portable incron online with Winfy

We have hosted the application portable incron in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about portable incron:

This is a portable re-implementation of the Linux-only program incron using polling instead of a kernel-triggered API. It attempts to mimic the API as closely as possible.
