We have hosted the application plannerz in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about plannerz:

This system offers a multi-user timetable management and scheduling system. Users add, delete and modify personal timetable entries as well as schedule common meetings involving other users. The system provides an easy to use user interface to find free available slots in others' time tables. Set customizable email reminders for events and generate PDF reports about users' activity.
