We have hosted the application pinger daemon pingerd in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

pingerd is a network monitoring tool. it will ping some hosts every n minutes, keep a log of ping times, and run a set of commands if the host response time is too slow. it's written in tcl.
