Picture Viewer "on the fly" and Converter available on Desktop function, with options of modifications with context menu.
You will also be able to move, zoom, rotate any kind of images in PCX, LBM, PNG, JPEG, JPEG2000, TGA, RAW 256 colors, BMP, TIFF, and GIF animated.
