phloem online with Winfy

We have hosted the application phloem in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about phloem:

A free, open-source, content delivery network (CDN); light-weight, and written in Perl. It is intended that the base layer, Xylem, will mature into a general-purpose Perl application framework. N.B. As of 29th September 2009, this project has been moved.

Audience: Information Technology, System Administrators.
User interface: Non-interactive (Daemon), Console/Terminal, Command-line.
