Quick description about pascchat:

Pascal Coin Chat is a simple example on how to add features to the Pascal Coin with exteral applications.

PascChat send messages as a transaction of 0.0001 PASC using the payload for the message. It connects to a running wallet using a JSON-RPC protocol.
