We have hosted the application onforme in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about onforme:

OnFORME (Online Feedback Organization, Requesting and Monitoring for Educators) provides a way for educators to quickly author feedback objects (e.g. surveys), and publish them via the Web so that students can easily respond (based on Cach�, CSP by ISC).
