ntpbrowser online with Winfy

We have hosted the application ntpbrowser in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about ntpbrowser:

NTPBrowser is a set of classes for viewing NTP server data. The NTPBrowser
class itself provides a Swing GUI for "browsing" NTP servers.
