neutron chat

We have hosted the application neutron chat in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about neutron chat:

Neutron Chat is a simple chat application for communicating in networks or in the internet via the TCP/IP protocoll and your own server. It is based on the .NET Framework 4.0 and uses AES-encryption.
And it's NSA-proof. Just sayin'.
