network state viewer

We have hosted the application network state viewer in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about network state viewer:

A simple Network monitoring tool for viewing the status of multiple nodes. It uses a simple text configuration file to get a list of IP addresses or host names to ping at an interval.
