net tm1 api

We have hosted the application net tm1 api in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about net tm1 api:

This is the wrapper for the Applix TM1 for .Net development. Written entirely in unmanaged c++ then exposed to the Managed c++. Works with TM1 8.0 and 9.0. Most of the TM1 API functions are ported and may require some changes in the environment variables.
