mod auth tacacs

We have hosted the application mod auth tacacs in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about mod auth tacacs:

mod_auth_tacacs is an authentication
module for Apache which uses the Authentication feature of a TACACS+
server. Additionnaly mod_auth_tacacs can provide authorisation and
accounting features.
