microsizing package for bartpe utility

The Microsizing package includes 3 scripts, which are ran through wrapper.cmd of Sherpya (https: //sourceforge.net/projects/winpe) . These will shrink the BartPE (http: //www.nu2.nu/pebuilder) image by many MBs.
