Quick description about mantisconnect:

MantisConnect provides an easy way to connect to a Mantis Bugtracker installation via a webservice. MantisConnect is a C# webservice client connecting to a PHP webservice. MantisConnect is CLS compliant and hence it can be used from any .NET language.
