log4c for vxworks online with Winfy

We have hosted the application log4c for vxworks in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about log4c for vxworks:

Just port the log4c v1.2.1 project to VxWorks. All the funs work fine, also added some figures, eg messsage logging via udp. env: Tornado 2.2 & VxWorks 5.5.
