library libmluv online with Winfy

We have hosted the application library libmluv in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about library libmluv:

Libmluv is a C/C++ programmers library to provide the
Czech text-to-speech synthesis and should be able to do transcription of Czech text
to string of phonemes.
