libdht online with Winfy

We have hosted the application libdht in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about libdht:

Generic DHT (Distributed Hash Table) library. At the moment support included for eDonkey's overnet DHT through an implementation that provides interface to KadC library.
