hyperheuristics online with Winfy

We have hosted the application hyperheuristics in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about hyperheuristics:

This project provides some hyperheuristics, implemented as C libraries.
A hyperheuristic can be used to handle any optimization problem, as long as you implement some simple specific code to interact with it.
Some examples/applications are also provided.
