Historic Urban Modeler (HUMmer) is a fully functional CAD program previously known as drawVision developed by HOK, Inc. This 3D polygonal modeler exports VRML, X3D, X3Dv and COLLADA files.

Database Environment: PostgreSQL (pgsql).
