We have hosted the application groucha in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about groucha:

Irc web client (PHP, xhtml, css, ECMAScript) in real time (without "refresh").
Groucha doesn't need anything else than php and is "safe mode" compatible.
