freshen files on windows

We have hosted the application freshen files on windows in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about freshen files on windows:

This project will freshen (i.e., back up) a list of directories and files. The first time you run **Freshen Files**, any and all files/directories may not exist in the backup directory, and you should expect a lot of time to complete. However, subsequent backups will only have to freshen (i.e., update) files/directories which have changed, so the update will be very fast. I backup 60,000 files in less than a half a minute.

You can exclude specific file names, files with specific extensions, and files which start with specific characters.
