Quick description about free135:

The goal of the Free135 project is to create a suite of free scanner programming software for the RadioShack PRO-135 police scanner radio (catalog number 20-135) using the RadioShack USB/Scanner PC Interface Cable (catalog number 20-047). This is a very early, quick, and dirty release. There may be bugs and the code could definitely be optimized.

User interface: Win32 (MS Windows), Console/Terminal, Command-line.
Programming Language: C#.
