We have hosted the application fplm in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about fplm:

FPLM is a free, lightweight plugin that uses mySQL and PHP to shorten links. It comes with a super easy setup that takes under 5 minutes, and a Google-like design.
