To run and build browser extension from cmd or terminal type:
- npm install --global web-ext
- cd my/path/folder/FireRSS
- web-ext run
- web-ext build.

Features:

• Operates in a standalone mode as a WebExtension
• Local storage is used to keep feed subscriptions and metadata (IndexedDB APIs)
• No server side for processing of data
• Displays feeds alone or grouped in folders
