Operate Arduino microcontrollers wirelessly from a PC using XBees or locally using IR controllers.

EMPCCCC : Embedded Micro PC Command Control Communication. Arduino microcontroller projects : building instructions, Arduino operation and Delphi PC Command Control Communication Code. EMPCCCC Version 3.1.13.2013 and after is working. Arduino code is included in the zip file. Arduino code for other projects is available as a separate zip and is updated separately and more often. All code Latest 2019 January 13
