We have hosted the application echoproc in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about echoproc:

Echoproc is a piece of scientific analysis software used to extract physical ice sheet characteristics from radio echograms from experiments like the Center for the Remote sensing of ice sheets (https: //www.cresis.ku.edu/).

Features:

• Flexible handling of all formats produced by cresis.
• Extraction of Attenuation Lengths from Ice sheets is currently supported.
• Modular nature allowing for future expansion.
• A wide variety of data visualization plugins (using matplotlib) to analyze and interpret results.
