dory

We have hosted the application dory in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about dory:

DORY is a java program developed for searching KASH protein in large protein databases (in FASTA format).

DORY is upgraded to DORY2. DORY2 required BLAST+ to run. ***Please make sure BLAST+ is installed on your computer.***
