difc

We have hosted the application difc in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about difc:

We can use bspatch in linux, and we can use keyMake in windows.
But if we have just a different text file, which is create by windows' program "fc.exe /b file1 file2"(file compare, binary),
so we can use difc(differ from fc) to resume them.
