deluge builds online with Winfy

We have hosted the application deluge builds in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about deluge builds:

A repository for pre-built open source software, mostly libraries for MinGW. At the moment there are builds for Win32/MinGW32 and Linux. There are a few for Win64. More coming later.
