config dhcpd online with Winfy

We have hosted the application config dhcpd in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about config dhcpd:

Config-dhcpd is a GUI tool to configure DHCPd, it currently generates a configuration, but does not control the daemon. It should work on any recent linux distribution.
