We have hosted the application comunidata in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about comunidata:

Comunidata reads a table with abundance data for different species in different points, as well as environmental data for each point. Then it sorts the species according to its pondered mean along the environmental gradient, and shows the graph.
