We have hosted the application chiah in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about chiah:

Win64 DLL to resample wav files, removed the slow conversion mode, input and output wav files are standard wav pcm files with the range 8000 to 48000 sample rate, now with Dither (it was dropped when LAME code was removed but reenabled again in release 4.5.1 (02/october/2021)) , my friend Rafa said that Sox provide a more advanced resample code, we will check on it and modify it if needed.
