We have hosted the application cellpublisher in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about cellpublisher:

CellPublisher is a free, open source program to improve the navigation of biological pathways. It converts CellDesigner diagrams into fully-featured maps that live inside a browser. The navigation is based on the Google maps API.

Features:

• Easy conversion of CellDesigner diagrams into a web-portable format
• Adds the CellDesigner notes into Google maps-based Info windows
• Links to external databanks from content in the CellDesigner notes
