We have hosted the application bio cairn in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about bio cairn:

Bio.Cairn is a library of highly-configurable high-performance modules to support numerical simulators for biological processes. Written in ANSI-standard C++, it makes extensive use of template metaprogramming and the BOOST libraries.
