We have hosted the application avrpal in order to run this application in our online workstations with Wine or directly.

Quick description about avrpal:

AVRpal is an open source simple but powerful gui for avrdude on windows platform with an easy to use interface.It is an alpha release by CEMSTech supporting only USBasp programmer and soon it will be released as a full featured avrdude gui.
